I was tagged by Homestead for this one. Go to your 23rd post. Find the fifth sentence. (I like this game: it's short and simple.) All right, let's see... My twenty third post was May 9, and the fifth sentence is...

This is the sort of child observation that has adults cooing “Children are so observant!!"
(That sentence was typed, by the way, accompanied by a very unladylike snort.) Okay. Assuming none of you have been tagged already, I tag Haley, Clare's Dad, Mim, Si, (aka "The Bunny Squisher"), and whoever else would like to take part.

I can't play - I haven't got 23 posts yet, being a newbie blogger :-(

Simon: All right. Simon, you can play, too. In fact, I fully intended to have you be one of the requisite five - you'll know I'm not just saying that when you see that I've only listed four in the post.

Is there something in the name "Simon" that compels frequent picture changes? I think this is my favourite thus far, though!

CQ: I didn't invite you or either of the Aginoths for just that reason - I didn't think you'd have so many just yet. Tho' Mr A might well, come to that. They build up with startling swiftness! I'm well over 200 now.

23rd post, 5th sentence:

Try again.

I followed the instructions exactly, but apparently I messed up somehow.

That's great! While I think Homestead had the best sentence I've seen so far in this game, yours has to be the funniest. "Try again." Perfect irony: I love it!

Right up there for funny was Heather, the Queen of Preamblers', "I need a preamble".

Nice game. I like short and simple. The fifth sentence of my twenty-third post is: "But this one is different."

"Quality is caring!"

Pretty good one huh? If I say so myself, which I did, so that's alright then.

It's one of my "laws of programming", learned from years of observing people doing it the wrong way.

Clare's dad: Another seemingly self-referential line - those ones are quirky fun. "Q" is also in that category, with his line "Try again".

Simon: That's a good one! Pithy, to the point: words to live by, even.

Si: Want me to take that off? Or I could put in a link to the post, so people would catch the refence?

I like your picture. Those "Save Toby" folks are twisted little extortionists, aren't they? Entirely about the publicity. I'm wondering if there even is a Toby. And no, you're not in that league at all!

Oh drat. Now I have to play with others. Sheesh. Post is forthcoming. (Despite my complaining, I still think you're so sweet for thinking of me! Thanks!)

You don't have to take it off. As for the pic, it looks like the first bunny I ever squished <evil grin />
